2 small oranges, peeled
1/2 banana, frozen
1/4 avocado
1 chunk ginger, peeled
1 tbsp honey
1 teaspoon grated turmeric or 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/3 coconut cream
4 ice cubes

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
