Kiwi Green Smoothie

 

1 large kiwi fruit, or 2 small
1/2  banana, frozen
1/4 – 1/2 lime, peeled
1/4 avocado
1 handful spinach
1/2 cup water
1/2  cup coconut yogurt

 

  • Wash then top and tail the kiwi fruit, but leave the skin on.
  • Place everything in a high speed blender and process until well combined.
  • Add more water if it’s too thick

I know skin and all!  There’s lots of nutrition in the skin, it’s just important to wash your fruit before you blend.
